Ingredients

Del's DIY Sugar Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches

1 package sugar cookie dough
Del's Santa's Night Cap ice cream

Step 1 Follow instructions and cook pre-made sugar cookie dough.

Step 2 When cookies are done, let cool to room temperature to avoid ice cream melting when making ice cream sandwiches.

Step 3 Add 1 scoop of Del's Santa's Nightcap ice cream on the bottom side of a cookie and top with another cookie.

Step 4 Eat immediately or store in freezer until ready to serve.
